I had then same problem with my 720 bought a different ramp collar and new disks at same time adjusted and works great now I took it apart once before I got new parts and then balls had fallen out of place and I put it back together and it work for a day or two then started messing up again so bought different parts then old ramp seemed to have then lip worn off where the balls sit when it's engaged
