Election of '88 everyone on my ship voted but our ballots didn't leave the ship until more than a week after the election was over....Didn't really matter that time as the military's choice made it anyway.
It's a sad state of affairs when our military members don't have the opportuinty to vote, for any reason, yet the President was so worried about his 'constituents' being allowed to vote, without even proving who they were, that regulation were put into place to guarantee they could..............
