Easiest way to get rid of it is to disconnect brake lines at all 4 wheels, and at master cylinder, and blow it out with compressed air. Then, while watching all 4 hanging lines, fill master cylinder with brake fluid and slowly fill the lines (when one of the hanging lines starts to flow, hook it back up, and so on). Then bleed the brakes as you normally would
It will take a lot longer (and not do as good a job) to try to just push it out with the brake pedal and master cylinder.
