If you gear that screaming 8000 RPM aluminum snowmobile engine down to the ground speed your farmall runs it'll pull a LOT more than your Farmall. But it might not make it to the end of the track before it eats it's pigs from running under full load for more than a few seconds. The tractor with the snowmobile engine will be sitting there with smoking remnants laying on the track while the Farmall slowly and dependably chugs on by. Under full load there's a certain piston speed that can't be surpassed cause the heat can't be transferred away from the piston any faster.Jim
