Last week in the mail was a check from Chase who owns my mortgage. I refinanced earlier in the year and apparantly there was some overpayment of some sort with the escrow, so it's a refund for over $1300. Gonna cash it and hang on to it just in case I need it for my property tax or something, but I'm pretty sure my escrow on my new account is big enough to take care of both the taxes and the home owners policy...
Just might have a little extra cash for Christmas this year, or be able to pay off some credit card debt aquired from when the dryer burnt up and I had to remodel the bathroom because of it.
