If you are using double wall insulated chimney it could be Selkirk Metalbestos. If it is you can get all kinds of fittings to set up your chimney. You can get an anchor plate to use as a starting point a TEE to put on top of that and then put your chimney on top of that. You could put another piece of insulated pipe horizontally thru the window. Take a look at the catalog.
