on the first day of school in AG 2 our ag teacher,nevin who we call by his first name since its been that way since he taught my dad, asked us to raise our hands if we were going to farm. me and one of my buddies were the only ones to raise out hands. then he asked everybody else to raise there hands if they thought they would be affcted by use. 3 other guys raised there hands. nevin then told the rest of them that they would ALL be affected by us. considering running for setinal this year and then president next. ill probley have it in the bag since of about the 5 shopmores that do anything in our chapter, i got the greatest chance of winning. FFA is the best. our community got upset when the athletics (which there is nothing wrong with) tried to take the ag shop for a trainging center. they already have a really nice bilding. it just goes to show that the few FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA and 4-H ers that will farm have alot to take charge of. we will need the support of politcal leaders to help us achive this too.
