I had one of those jobs you refer to. I spent those 40+ years working along side people like yourself who actually believe they're more qualified, more skilled, and more intelligent just because they paid dues and accumulated time as non productive over paid dead weight. The vast majority of union advocates I worked with couldn't make it in a competitive world where they were judged on individual performance. Unions killed what was once the most productive country on earth. They reward laziness and poor work ethic.
