If all your doing it throwing it away you simply add air to say 25PSI have the tire jacked up and spin it so the stem is at the bottom and pull the core and let it fly. If you want to save it then you need the garden hose hook up and a pump of some sort but again over airing will push it a long ways. So fill in the blank I asked about and it will help us help you
