I live in Eastern Ontario and have the local talk radio station on as I do paper work and they are talking about our current provincial government for the past 9 years. Our premier (equivalent of a state governor) prorouged (sp) or shut down the legislature while he resigned and the party picked a new premier. It's bocoming apparent that all the fiscal mismanagement is finally catching up with him. Big push on solar/wind power buying at up to 80 cents/kWh selling for 5-8 cents/kWh. Moving powerplants out of ridings days prior to election day to hold onto seats. Hundreds of millions to buy out the contracts. Bought labour peace with organized labour and gave them whatever they wanted but now that it's obvious we can't afford the salary contracts and pension plans they've turned on him. Forecasted deficit for the Province of Ontario this fiscal year is forecast to be approximately $14.5 billion. I'm noy sure of the exact population but it's around 13 million. The government is spending about $1100 per person more than it's taking in this year. Then there's accumulated debt from all the prevoius years they've run in the red. And there are 13 million people, but how many are taxpayers? I shake my head when the news comes on because all they are talking about is who's going to replace him. But all the ministers under him are just as much to blame. Seems everyday there is a potential leadership candidate that's not interested or bowing out of "The Race". I guess the dirt won't wash off. My apologies if I got off on a tangent but I'm afraid things are no better here to the north and if you ever come across some holier than thou Canadians thinking it's so much better here don't believe it for a second.

In this segment we will finish up on our fasteners and then work with ways to keep them from loosening up in the field. Capscrews, bolts and nuts are not the only means of holding two parts together.
