As an alternate opinion remember the older company started new at some point,back in the mid nineties I bought a house in the town near me and it needed a new furnace got a couple bids, one was about $1500 higher than the other the more expensive was by a company that had been in business for a good amount of time the cheaper bid was by a guy just starting out so I went with the cheaper guy.He was looking for business and did a great job and the older company was out of business in 5 years so that knife cuts both ways.Studebaker had been selling cars for years when Toyota came on the scene bet folks were glad they boght the tried and tested Studebaker(LOL).
