Make sure the transmission is atleast 2.5 gallons over full, and make sure the oil looks good. If it gray, chances are your inboard brakes are about gone and they are gunking up the filter. If oil looks good and is over the the full mark a ways, it could be your mcv pump. I don't know a lot about that, maybe some other guys will chime in that know more about it. When it gets real cold outside, below 20 degees, we sometimes run the pto after we start the engine to help warm up the transmission oil, that is about all I know.
