Squealing usually means some air insisted. Oh and I ain't no self proclaimed ih mechanic (FAA licensed airmen though) but for what its worth to be able to start it up and have it work try parking it with the rear facing up a hill and nose facing down. Had POS 806 that did not like to steer when started but if it was parked that way it would start and steer fine. Did not know they put different wedges in a 1566 than a 1086 but replaced mine today got to cold spreading on a open station kind of fond of heat and glass
