Stanadyne/Roosamaster DBG629 (six cylinder with .29" diameter pump pistons) all work pretty much the same. Most common failure is the plastic weight retainer ring on the flyweight governor. Causes the internal pump pressure to rise too high - which neuters the charge fuel pressure - and results in a "no injection" situation. Will start, run, and die . . over and over.
