If you can fix bearings, I'd say you will have won well over half the battle, as better used blades can in my experience be found easier than bearings. You don't have to have tires if you are not going on the road, and even then with patience I'd think you could find used tires cheaply that would serve your purpose just fine.
In areas with small horse property like where we're at in az, a six footer is all we can take to most of the neighbors since most of them are TOO cheap to put up gates wide enough to get a bigger disc through. Thus, a wheel disk like that would sure work up the ground better than the allis 20 we've got for a disc that small.
