My daughter would last about 10 min before I could see her nodding off while we were discing...something about a warm cab and a rumbling engine. That was a couple years ago. She is 8 now and asked to go out with me last weekend. I had to change my plans but I will be sure to take her next time. My son on the other hand is 2. He is so alert and enthralled with the tractor...I took him on a little 3 hr brush cut ride. He was "driving" and pointing and babbling on about it for the entire field. I kept waiting for him to fall asleep but no luck...
My daughter is a ways off from tractor work - or cranberry harvesting, but she is pretty good about helping out. They grow up so quick.
