I set up a bogus account on Face Book. Fake name, age, location, etc, etc. I don't "like" anyone or anything and I don't allow "likes" from others. Home page there is blank. I post on a lot of news sites and a lot of them allow you to log in with your FB account. Real handy for some purposes.
