Hi Rick, I didn't know IH made a 474 Hydro but everything behind engine is common to Hydro 84. I looked in caseih.com parts and it does show parts for hydro transmission. The engine should be a D-206 German Diesel which is an excellent engine. Keep the oil and filters changed and it will run for many years. Add some Diesel fuel conditioner to the tank every time you add Diesel to keep the Bosch injection pump lubed.
My I&T Service manual for 684 has a section on trouble shooting Hydro 84 transmission.
