Does it still have the 3 point arms and the lever to control it? If its only the pump thats gone, I suppose its a possibility, but still not likely. Most tractors with internal hydraulics will have the pump bolted directly to a manifold of some kind, and not just a pump hooked to the system with hoses. About the only way to find out is to take the top cover off and see what you can see.
Did you post this on the Ford board? There are surely some guys over there who are familiar enough with the NAA that they could give you an answer.
