Well, Loren, as you said, may be over reacting, but as they say, better to err on the safe side. If they said it was not going to be very bad and missed it, well, you know how it goes. I do hope for the sake of all concerned that it does not turn out to be as bad as they anticipate. I live in central North Carolina, and although our coast suffers quite a bit from hurricanes, the only thing we generally get is a lot of rain. Occasionally one will decide to take the "scenic route" and turn inland. I lost about half of my roof a little over twenty years ago when one blew through. Homeowners took care of it.
