Oh yeah! That one kills me. I used to do a lot of business at a local Ford/NH dealership. They opened no earlier than 8AM, closed from noon to 1:00 or a bit later, and closed again promptly at 5:00PM. You didn't want to show up after 4:15PM or so because they were "winding down". Saturdays was 8-12, no exceptions. The owner was complaining about poor business and I asked why he didn't open at 7:30, stagger the lunch hours so they weren't closed and stay open till 6 or 7PM and all day on Saturday. You'd have thought I'd suggested torturing kittens while drinking molten lead. I guess his quality time was more important than keeping the place open..
