Yep speed limits are all you need if a 60HP tractor can take it out at a set speed its pointless to have 100HP and probably the 100HP is going to break traction first.Most of the time the people that complain about 'cheating' have an old tractor that half a$$ runs,worn out rings and when they get beat complain about all the other guys cheating.And most of the complaining about tractor pulling is by folks that wouldn't ever pull anyway and certainly wouldn't pay a $20 hook fee
