In the county I live in, you can't build a home in the country without first signing a Right to Farm Agreement. It more or less says that you are going to build in a rural area with farm activity, noise and smells and you will accept this activity as a condition for the right to build there. This form is registered with the register of deeds and stays with your deed so the next owner has to go by it also.
