That is a Super MTA.
It does not appear to have the TA lever or linkages, and may not have a TA unit at all. It could very well be a factory TA delete. Can you post more pictures of the left side of the transmission and rear end?
FYI, whether or not the tractor has a TA, it was still called a Super MTA.
There were a few regular Super Ms made in early 1954, but they will have serial numbers <60000. Anything over 60000 is a Super MTA.
