Yes . . . IF the B275 is not an early model. Early B275 uses a CAV in-line injection pump and has a different front cover. Later B-275 has a CAV rotary pump on the BD144, just like the BD154. Same rods too - for B275 gas and diesel engines and early B154s. BD154 has bigger bore, not longer stroke. But - BD154 got a rod change at serial # 13736. Rods from #13735 and lower should be the same as in the BD144 engine used in the B275.
