My Mother went to HS with him. He and Komrade Kronkite did more for NVN than any 5 regiments of regulars could accomplish. I live in his hometown. There is a multi million dollar library in his name, built with federal funds that has less then 25 visitors a day. I can't figure how a guy who went to war and did more than most, could get that far off track. He didn't even carry SD in the 72 election. I guess what says it all is that his father was a pro baseball player, He gave that up because there was too much drinking, too many prostitutes, and too much gambling going on. Now I ask you, would a rationsl msn lesve that? I rest my case.
