I think they'd train real well.... You've never saw a healthier looking rat, and, the way they were getting in, they sure ain't dumb. They can be smart, pretty, and as healthy as they want to be, just not on my place. See (saw) them all the time at the neighbor's place and I'd have them in a feed barrel when the weather was a lot of snow/ice. But never really looked at them as a problem til the neighbor moved and took the food source.....
