Kubota has done a very good job of engineering out initial defects as did the Japanese automotive industry in the 1970s.
I have a 1993 Kubota B1750HST that I bought new. After 19 years, I have done absolutely nothing to it aside from oil and filter changes and other routine maintenance, e.g., coolant, lubrication, etc. No problems of any kind, not even a fan belt, fuse or tire.
