At most they will ask for a bill of sale from you but most will not. Shuld be no problem. They do not ask for any proof of identification. Tennesse is very easy to deal with on auto regeristration. They might try and collect sales tax on the current value of the auto but if she has a statement that you gave it to her will be no sales tax.
