I have done stuff like this with loaders before. You really have to use the tractor within it's limits. If it doesn't move it the first time, it isn't going to move it so leave it alone. I don't think the duals helped you out here. There's alot of weight back there. One thing that I don't get though. Our current loader tractor (25+ years newer) has a complete subframe that likely would have helped here. Why don't more manufacturers use this? It's the front part of the subframe that gets in the way, the rear part is out of the way and can only do good.
