I agree with mite-help - it sounds like your steering lines are reversed. Here is what I do: Disconnect the front end of the steering cylinders from the tie rods. Hang them from a wire so they will slide back and forth. Leave the lines to them connected. With the engine running watch to see that the cylinder is moving in the same direction as the tie rod when you turn the steering wheel. It is apt to fool you so watch closely - I've been fooled more than once and had to switch lines a couple of times. Remember you are working with two different sides and only one side could be plumbed wrong. They are pretty simple systems really once you get your head around them. Post back if you need more help.
