Basically... if the hood opens to the right and it's got a 3 cylinder engine... it's a 2000. If it has a left hand side opening hood and what appears to be a Perkins variant engine with Simms pump or a 4 cylinder Standard gas engine... then you have a Dexta. Dexta's will also have a 6 speed transmission and rear internal hydraulic pump... and require regular removal of the transmission cover when they lock in gear... unless you want to build up the worn parts of the shift levers. Keep in mind that if the wheels won't turn now and you think it IS in high gear... it might be locked in TWO gears. If so, don't force it or you're break something. Get it in neutral first...
