Give us some more details. What exactly does your contract say? Does it specify how many times the grass is cut per month or week? Does it specify what height it is supposed to be cut at? Does it specify anything about excess rain and/or fertilizing? She's a lawyer, how would it look to potential clients of hers if she was being sued? Most lawsuits are public knowledge. We used to have a magazine here that had a little section called, Who's suing who? Mostly it had more prominent lawsuits but it is not illegal to list lawsuits that are filed with the courts.
