But the milc payments kicked in when the market price got below a certain level. What's that level?
Or did it turn in to what food stamps did? When that started,you had to buy them and you saved a percentage,but somehow it became a right to free food. Does everybody get the milc payment now regardless of market price? I can feel my blood starting to boil if that's how it works now.
