some of the best wheat i ever grew was sown.the packer makes a difference.what did you use to sow this?seems most guys here think those whirlwind type spreaders wont work for anything,but it looks pretty good to me. biggest trouble with sowing is its hard to get an even stand,and you normally sow at a higher rate per acre. but it will work. folks did it for hundreds of years.
