The devil is in the details, always! But on one point I would have to disagree: If I were rich and would pay lower taxes, I would pocket the money and not spent it on new hirees, unless I can make substantially more than my savings, but we are only ~320,000,000 (million) in a world economy of ~7,000,000,000 (billion), and when I sell to the rest or even my own peeps, I want to produce as cheap as possible to maximize profits, alas oversees!! That's what I would do, why would the elephant be different?? Thinking the donkey is the lesser evil here... Or looking at it from a different perspective: We as lower and middle class we worth x$$$ to the rich, they want all that we are worth without having to invest a dime. Luckily for them, we multiply and produce and then die off, just as mother nature does with corn and wheat...but the farmers profit immensely unless mother nature messes up (or we speak up)..... Pondering things in Oklahoma.
