If it is the machine Vern is describing, the pulley is forty bucks, the mating ramp-like clutch is about ten, and takes about two hours to put in. The job looks worse than it really is. It would be sort of wonderful if you could set it up on a bench a foot or so off the ground. Look at the driven pulley while it's trying to spin. If it's running off the end of the ramps, those are the two pieces you need.
