New 2000sq ft house. All electric including 260ft deep well for water along with small shop. Mine looks about like johndeerfan. Last 12 months average was 1302 at a cost of .0856600 kwh. Have air to air heat pump. Energy cost are on the lower side of the nations average here in Tennessee.
