I raced dirt bikes from the time I was 15 until I was 42. I rode some moto-X, but mostly hare scrambles and enduros. In 1989, I raced 49 weekends out of 52. I rode on club teams in the International 6-Days Enduro 4 different years. I met friends from all over the world. I got to travel to 44 states, and 12 foreign countries. For 7 years, I was employed by Honda, and was able to take advantage of a program they offered and earn a college degree.
The worst injury I received was 3 stitches on my left hand....I cut it with a pocket knife while opening a box containing a couple new jerseys.
Oh...and I sprained my ankle once.
Gotta go...Time to go help a neighbor who lost his right leg in a farming accident. Maybe we should outlaw farming because it's too dangerous.
