If a switch consistently fails that fast Id guess the problems EITHER the switch doesnt have sufficient switching ampacity (not high enough HP rating) orrrrrrrrrrr theres a receiver problem causing excessive short cycling like a bladder type captive tank is faulty (or maybe just needs more air pressure) or an old fashioned tank with an air volume control is bad. Ive had pressure switches last for yearsssssssssss. Low voltage might cause a problem also which bigger wire to the pump might cure.
