Recently I was in the grocery store,the woman ahead of me had two little girls with her. She paid for $75.00 in groceries with a county welfare card.as I only bought a couple items I caught up with her as they were loading her groceries. I couldn't help but notice she was driving a new Chrysler mini van. I thought if she can afford a car like that,how could she qualify for welfare? Same way, boyfriend has a good job and they don't get married so we can pay their rent and food and daycare bills. Also both her and kids had nice clothing on. They don't have any shame nowadays!
