I am in agreement with your sentiments concerning the, er, um,"buggies". Unless you have legitimate problems backed up by a doctors statement, then by golly, you can WALK! I only wish that I could walk the grounds at those shows like I once could. My brother in law can hardly walk anymore, but for the last several years he has two or three pieces of equipment on display. Denton Farm Park, AKA Southeastern Threshers Reunion, allows him to ride a golf cart, but he has to show proof of insurance to cover any accident. And I think his is electric. I know he had an elec. cart a few years ago. Being a welder by trade, if he wanted to he could put a Volkswagen engine in it with straight pipes, but he has more respect for others than that. Judging by the comments I have read lately, this seems to be a growing problem that will have to be addressed soon.
