That happened to our 51 A when dad was planting corn with it. He came walking home and calmly told me the A lost a wheel. I went out there with the loader, picked up the A, slid the wheel back on and went back to planting. About every round I checked the bolts till I was reasonably sure they were TIGHT!.
The neighbor lost a wheel on their 4020 while going down the blacktop road. There was a gouge in the road in that spot till they resurfaced it several years later. Jim
