Neighbor's barn roof eve overhangs ours. When we first moved here, a little tornado (lack of better words) blew thru and sucked the end out of his barn/weakened the roof (barn is several hundred years old). His crew was working on the roof and dropped some shingles that busted shingles on our barn roof. They saw the other version of people skills that day. He shows up the next day with a bottle of wind and some roof tiles and started talking like he'd known us forever (not typical of a German).... Give them whatever business I can as long as he don't get out of hand and we do good. Didn't expect his price to be this low.....
