I understand what Dave is saying - the guy is taking advantage of the other guy in a desparate situation. I believe they call that scruples (spelling). You are familiar with the drought here in the mid-west. I sold my excess hay for the same price as last year while all around me they are charging 3 to 4 times as much. Why would I do that? I have no more in it than before - just because people are in need I am not going to take advantage of them.
