Panasonic makes wireless security cameras that will record the picture in memory, send you the picture via email, and or send you a email of the motion detection. You can see up times to monitor and times not. You can hook to the internet or just plug in power. They are all over ebay .. look up panasonic bl-xxxxxxxxxxx series cameras.. various prices for various models. I have them everywhere, as I had "family" who kept coming over and "borrowing" stuff. I did get a false alarm once when a butterfly landed on the camera lens. I have them all all 4 sides of the house, in the garage, and in the shop.
