Lots of rivers well over flood stage from 15 to 20 inches of rain in some places. Lots of back roads on the north shore still closed where they cross rivers. Slidell had some flooding. Madisionville had water to the price area on gas pumps. I-55 was closed for a few days and I-10 in Laplace may still be closed.
Electricty has been the big issue. Every area in red does not have electricty as of 1330 today.
