Nice Guy, I agree with you that proper spelling as we know it is going downhill fast here in the US. It's sad the way our young ones are slaughtering the execution of the language we were raised on because they just plain don't care. I don't know how to use spell check because spelling has always come easy to me. It's about the ONLY thing that comes easy to me. But we weren't all cut out of the same mould (sp) (LOL). My school teacher wife can't spell well and she tries her darndest to do it right. My son has a high IQ, is a consiencious worker but he's dyslexic and can't spell to save his life, and, believe me, he tries hard to get it right.
Most of us on YT were raised in an age where proper spelling and mannerisms was stressed and adhered to. But we aren't all capable of reaching the same level of knowledge because we aren't all wired the same.
It doesn't bother me to read the mis-spelling from my fellow YT'ers. We are all doing the best we can. Oh man, I'm getting on my soapbox. Better quit before I get this thread spoofed!!! Jim
