Rear tire? Only way around that is to equip yourself to do tire work. This is the throw away age don't you know? It's probably just as well they do that, because they aren't going to take the time to clean it well enough. Then they also don't want the liability of having a do-over. I have pretty much gotten them gone/replaced, whatever - but in the bad old days of CaCl rusted rims, I often requested a partial service call- you get it off with your power equipment, then I'll go to work cleaning, repairing, painting as necessary.
