cant answer for cordless,but the first chinese 4 inch grinder I bought was pretty good,used it all summer hard ,then it burned out , I really got my moneys worth.so I went and bought another one at the same place, The next one lasted 5 minutes,I took it back,the guy gave me a new one,it lasted 10 minutes,then I gave up
